A Simple Practice for
Abiding in Christ
Learn the Fusion Workflow—three steps you can use throughout your day to live what Jesus taught: "Abide in me, and I in you" (John 15:4)
If you've ever wondered how to actually do what Scripture commands—to pray without ceasing, to offer everything to God, to live in union with Christ—this might help.
You're Not Alone in This
If you've tried to live in God's will but felt uncertain about the "how"...
If you've read about union with Christ but struggled to make it practical...
If you've wanted to offer your day to God but keep forgetting...
You're not alone. And you're not failing.
You simply haven't had clear steps.
Jesus said, "If anyone's will is to do God's will, he will know whether the teaching is from God" (John 7:17).
In other words: Try it for yourself. See if it helps.
That's all we're offering here—a simple method that might help you practice what Jesus taught.
A Pattern from Scripture
Fusion simply means consciously uniting your acts with Christ's perfection.
It's based on what Jesus taught:
"Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me." (John 15:4-5)
And what St. Paul practiced:
"I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me." (Galatians 2:20)
The Fusion Workflow is just a simple way to practice this throughout your ordinary day—not during special prayer times, but whilst:
- •Making breakfast
- •Working at your desk
- •Caring for children
- •Doing the washing up
- •Running errands
- •Having conversations
Every moment becomes an opportunity to abide.
How the Practice Works
It takes about 30 seconds to learn. The steps are:
OFFER
Before you begin any act, offer it to Jesus.
"Jesus, I unite my will to Yours for this."
Or use whatever words feel natural:
- "Lord, I offer this to You"
- "I do this with You, Jesus"
- "In Your name"
Just a brief, conscious offering. That's all.
DO
Do the act aware you're not alone—He's with you.
You're abiding in Him whilst you work, like a branch connected to the vine.
Not striving. Just remaining connected.
THANK
When you finish, briefly thank Him.
"Thank You for being with me in that."
Or use whatever words feel natural:
- Or simply: "Thanks be to God."
Gratitude keeps your heart humble and remembers: you didn't do it alone.
That's the whole practice.
Offer → Do → Thank
You can do it five times a day, or fifty. However many you remember.
When you forget (and you will), just begin again with the next act. No guilt needed—just the decision to try again.
"Try It for Yourself"
Jesus said something important: "If anyone's will is to do God's will, he will know whether the teaching is from God" (John 7:17).
In other words: Don't just believe us. Try it and see.
This practice isn't new. It's rooted in Scripture:
Jesus taught the foundation:
- •John 15:4-5 - Abide in me (the theology of union)
- •John 17:21 - That they may be one (the goal)
- •John 7:37-39 - Rivers of living water (the fruit)
Paul showed how to practice it:
- •Colossians 3:17 - Do everything in His name, giving thanks
- •Galatians 2:20 - Christ lives in me
- •Colossians 3:3 - Your life hidden with Christ in God
The Fusion Workflow just gives you a simple way to do what they taught.
The Journey
Try it for yourself (John 7:17)
↓
To achieve unity with God (John 17:21)
↓
Which fulfils Jesus' command to abide (John 15:4-5)
↓
Until you become rivers of living water (John 7:37-39)
That's the path. We're just offering the first steps.
Getting Started
We've written a short guide that explains:
- •The biblical foundation in more detail
- •How to practice during your first week
- •What to do when you forget (because you will)
- •Different ways to phrase the three steps in your own words
- •Common questions people ask
It's free. No strings attached.
"Freely you have received; freely give" (Matthew 10:8)
If it helps you, wonderful. If it doesn't resonate, that's fine too. We simply wanted to share what we've learned.

Is This for You?
This practice seems to help people who:
- •Want to live in union with God but need practical steps
- •Have tried "offering it up" but keep forgetting
- •Feel like prayer and daily life are separate
- •Need something that works even when they fail repeatedly
- •Think systematically and appreciate clear methods
It's been helpful for:
- •Parents juggling children and household tasks
- •Professionals wanting to make work prayerful
- •Elderly or sick offering their suffering
- •Anyone seeking to practice the presence of God
But honestly, you'll only know if it helps you by trying it.
That's what John 7:17 says: test it for yourself.
The Bigger Picture
The Heaven's Ark Framework
The Fusion Workflow is part of something we call the Heaven's Ark Framework—a more comprehensive approach to living in God's will.
The framework has three pillars:
WITNESS (Proof)
Evidence that what happened in Scripture actually happened—removing doubts that might hold you back.
WORD (Person)
Getting to know Jesus more deeply—not just knowing about Him, but knowing Him.
WILL (Purpose)
Understanding how to live in union with God's will—which is what the Fusion Workflow teaches.
If the practice resonates with you, you might want to explore the fuller framework later. But you don't need to understand everything to start.
Just start with the three steps.
Why We're Sharing This
I'm not a theologian, priest, or mystic. I'm a product designer and strategist who happened to encounter these teachings and found they transformed how I live.
I realised that whilst the Church has always taught union with Christ, we often lack the practical "instruction manual" that helps ordinary people actually do it.
So I assembled what I'd learned—drawing from Scripture, Church teaching, and the wisdom of saints—into a simple, repeatable method.
The goal isn't to create followers or build a movement. The goal is simply to help souls learn to abide in Christ, which Jesus said is the whole point:
"I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." (John 15:5)
If this helps even one person live more closely united to Jesus, it's served its purpose.
Everything here is free—freely received, freely given.
